"ValetPlus,", "ValetPlus Partners" ,"us," or "our") values your privacy.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") outlines our practices regarding the
collection, use, processing, storage, retrieval, disclosure, transfer,
and protection of your information, including personal and sensitive
personal data ("Information"), that ValetPlus may collect through your
use of the ValetPlus mobile application ("ValePlus App and ValetPlus
Partner App") or our websites at

(collectively referred to as the "ValetPlus Platform"). It also applies
to offline interactions, such as mail, phone, or in-person
communication, or while using our Services.
The terms "you" and "your" refer to any user of the ValetPlus Platform,
including Car Owners, Drivers, Supervisors, and others. "Services"
refers to any offerings by ValetPlus in line with the applicable terms
and conditions provided on the ValetPlus Platform.
Terms not defined in this Policy are assigned the meanings set forth in
the terms and conditions available on the ValetPlus Platform. Please
review this Policy carefully before using the ValetPlus Platform or
sharing any Information. This Policy is part of and should be read
alongside the terms and conditions for users of the ValePlus App and
ValetPlus Partner App on the ValetPlus Platform.
User Acceptance

By accessing or using the ValetPlus Platform or Services, you
acknowledge and accept this Policy, including any updates made at the
Company's discretion and posted on the ValetPlus Platform
periodically.

The collection, processing, retrieval, transfer, use, storage,
disclosure, and protection of your Information will be managed in
compliance with this Policy and relevant laws, including, but not
limited to, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its associated
rules ("Applicable Laws"). If you do not agree with this Policy,
please refrain from using or accessing the ValetPlus Platform.

you have the authority to do so and to allow us to use that
Information as described in this Policy.

Providing this Information, along with ValetPlus' subsequent
storage, collection, use, transfer, access, or processing of it,
does not violate any agreement, applicable laws, charter documents,
judgments, orders, or decrees.

The Information you provide to ValetPlus is, and will continue to
be, authentic, accurate, up-to-date, and complete, and that you have
all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to share such
Information with ValetPlus.
Definitions
Unless otherwise provided in this Policy, the terms capitalized in the
Policy shall have the meaning as provided hereunder:

"Owner": The person who owns the car and uses the
ValetPlus Platform to have their car parked.

"Driver": The independent third-party vehicle operator
who parks the car on behalf of the Owner using the ValetPlus Platform.

"Supervisor": The person overseeing the parking process
and managing the Drivers using the ValetPlus Platform.

"Admin Portal": The web portal where all records and
parking management processes are handled.

"Device": Computer, mobile, or other device used to
access the Services.

"Device Identifier": IMEI or another unique identifier
of the Device.

"Personal Information": Such categories of information
that could reasonably be used to identify you personally, including
your name, e-mail address, and mobile number.
- "TP": A third-party service provider.

"Usage Information": Shall have the meaning assigned to
the term in the "Information We Collect As You Access and Use the
ValePlus App and ValetPlus Partner App" section.
What Information Do We Collect?
Information You Provide to Us

Personal Information: We may ask for certain personal
details for the purpose of providing our Services. This information may
be collected through account registration, user profile creation,
contact forms, and other interactions with ValetPlus. We request only
information necessary and lawful for the purpose of delivering our
Services. The types of information we may collect include:

User Information: When you create or update your
ValetPlus account, we may gather details like your name, email, mobile
number, address, date of birth, photo, login credentials,
geo-location, and other similar information (in accordance with
applicable laws).

Saved Information: As you use our Services, we may
retain information to facilitate future transactions, including your
contact information, billing details, and emergency contacts.

Account Information: When registering a company
account, we may collect details such as the company name, email
address, phone number, branch address, GST and PAN numbers, senior
officials' contact details, and bank or payment-related information
such as bank name, account number, IFSC code, branch name, branch city
and branch state.

Verification Information: For Drivers and
Supervisors, we may collect location data, profile photos, phone
numbers, government-issued IDs (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN), license details,
vehicle registration documents, insurance, and other required
documents.

Other Information: When you contact ValetPlus for
support, report an issue, use in-app messaging, or provide ratings, we
may collect information relevant to these interactions.

Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload, display,
share, or transmit any content that is offensive, harassing, obscene,
invasive of privacy, hateful, or unlawful. This includes content that
promotes violence, misinformation, enmity between groups, or threatens
the security or sovereignty of India, public order, or the nation's
integrity.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT AS YOU ACCESS AND USE VALETPLUS AND VALETPLUS PARTNER APP

Transaction Information: We collect transaction details
such as vehicle drop-off and pick-up locations and times, and payment
information (as permitted by applicable laws).

Usage Information: Our system, TPs, and Supervisors may
use technology to automatically collect certain usage data each time you
access or interact with the ValetPlus Platform. This includes browser type,
referral URL, areas visited, time of access, search behaviors, and usage
patterns on the ValePlus App and ValetPlus Partner App.

Device Information: We may collect technical information
either directly or via third-party applications. This includes your device
identifier, preferred language and country, device manufacturer, model,
software, type, operating system, geolocation, mobile network data, screens
visited, touch gestures, and scrolling activity on the ValePlus App and
ValetPlus Partner App. This data will help us improve the app interface,
provide software updates, and deliver product support. Sensitive
information about other apps, passwords, and unrelated activities is
neither collected nor stored, with sensitive data masked as a safeguard.

SMS/Text Messages: With your permission, we may access
SMS/text data to:
- (i) manage one-time passwords and device verification
- (ii) autofill verification during transactions, in line with applicable laws.
We do not share this data with third parties except as noted in this Policy.

ValePlus App and ValetPlus Partner App and related websites, such as
frequency of app usage, time spent on the app, and actions taken, to better
understand and improve your experience.

them. Disabling cookies might affect certain functionalities, and we do not
control third-party cookies.
USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
Our primary objective in collecting your Information is to enhance your
experience when using our Services. In line with this Policy, we may use your
Information for the following purposes:
- To enable your access to the ValetPlus Platform.
- To monitor feature usage, analyze patterns, and optimize our Service offerings.
- To verify your identity and eligibility to use or provide Services through the ValetPlus Platform, as required by applicable law.
- To communicate directly with you through push notifications, emails, messages, and SMS.
- To provide assistance and respond to your inquiries.
- To manage our relationship with you effectively.
- To detect and prevent fraud, and ensure safety, integrity, and security.
- To improve, personalize, and enhance our Services for you.
- To analyze the usage of the ValetPlus Platform, including frequency and duration of use.
- To gather feedback and use patterns to improve the ValePlus App and ValetPlus Partner App.
- To generate reports, conduct research, and analyze data on our user base and Service usage.
- To offer you customer support.
- For internal business purposes, such as audits and data analysis.
- For all other purposes permitted by applicable law.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell, share, or rent your Information to third parties or use your
email address for unsolicited communication. Any emails we send are strictly
related to providing agreed Services. We regard your Information as an
essential part of our relationship with you. However, under certain
circumstances, we may share your Information with specific third parties, as
outlined below:

Business Transfers: In the event of a business transaction
such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we may transfer your
Information. If this occurs, you will be notified via email and/or a
prominent notice on our website about any change in ownership or use of
your Information, along with any options available to you regarding your
Information. If another company acquires us, that company will assume
rights and obligations over your Information as described in this Policy.

UPDATING INFORMATION AND ACCOUNT CANCELLATIONS
You are responsible for keeping the information you provide accurate and up
to date during account registration and throughout your use of our services.
If your personal details change or you no longer wish to use our services,
you can update, delete, or modify your information by accessing your account
settings on our platform or by contacting us through the email address
provided.
If any changes to your information hinder our ability to deliver services
effectively due to insufficient or inaccurate data, we may terminate your
access to the services and will notify you via your registered email.
To cancel your account or request that we stop using your information, please
reach out to our Support team. Note that disabling certain information may
limit our ability to offer some or all services.
We will retain your personal and usage data (including geo-location) as long
as your account remains active and necessary for service provision. After
account termination, we may retain certain data for up to 3650 days for
resolving disputes, completing related activities, investigating fraud,
enforcing agreements, or for other business purposes. After this period,
your data will be either deleted or anonymized for analytical purposes.
SECURITY
We use industry-standard security practices, including encryption, firewalls,
and SSL (Secure Socket Layers), to safeguard the information we collect.
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute
security of our databases or that data you transmit over the Internet or
wireless networks will remain fully protected. You assume risk when
transmitting information to us, and we advise against sharing your password
with anyone.
CHILDREN'S INFORMATION
We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from individuals under 18.
Our services are intended solely for those who can legally enter binding
contracts as per applicable laws.
